Influenced by the recent and very popular Nature of Mind project Taragita brings her multiple skills as an experienced Breath-works and Alexander Technique teacher as well as her deep understanding of Buddhist practice to this innovative approach exploring the relationship between Mind and Movement.

Over 10 weeks the sessions will evolve through a natural exploration of the mind – body – movement triad. Taragita will encourage participants to apply a variety of mindfulness based skills and approaches which lead to greater peace and balance in daily life.
The course is presented as a series of workshops where participants and team can mutually explore Mind and Movement with gentleness, patience and compassion.

If you would like to talk with Taragita (07501 017597) or Niccy (07881 821755) before booking please do contact them by phone.
A wide level of experience welcome.
